Fortunately, I finally reacted.

I went to the doctor. After tests (CT scan, angiography, vascular analysis), the diagnosis was made: I had had a microstroke. My brain was already suffering – silently. I immediately started treatment, changed my lifestyle and started exercising regularly.
What to remember
A stroke doesn’t always happen suddenly. There can be warning signs, sometimes very subtle. Be aware if you experience:
unusual and persistent headache,
sudden visual disturbances,
unexplained local weakness,
unusual memory loss,
unstable blood pressure.
Don’t hesitate. Get advice. Ask for tests. Listen. This is not panic: this is responsibility.
If someone you know is showing these signs, encourage them not to ignore them.
Listening to your body says, “I’m listening. You matter.” And sometimes that can make all the difference.
