Natural Turmeric & Honey Face Mask

For smoother, brighter-looking skin

Ingredients

1 tablespoon raw honey

½ teaspoon turmeric powder

1 teaspoon plain yogurt

(or aloe vera gel for sensitive skin)

A few drops of olive oil or almond oil (optional, for dry skin)

How to Prepare

Add the honey to a small bowl.

Mix in the turmeric powder.

Add the yogurt (or aloe vera gel) and stir until a smooth paste forms.

If your skin is dry, add a few drops of oil and mix well.

How to Apply

Cleanse your face and pat dry.

Apply a thin, even layer to your face, avoiding the eyes and lips.

Leave on for 10–15 minutes.

Rinse gently with lukewarm water.

Finish with your usual moisturizer.
